Hotel waitress

We are seeking a professional and courteous Hotel Waitress. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing high-quality service to ensure guest satisfaction. This role involves serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and contributing to an enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon their arrival and guide them to their tables.
  • Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and offer recommendations upon request.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all items meet our quality standards and presentation guidelines.
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverages.
  • Prepare itemized checks and process payments, including cash handling and operating POS systems.
  • Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave, maintaining cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including polishing silverware, glassware, and other service equipment.
  • Help with stocking service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens.
  • Follow all relevant health department regulations and hotel standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve service and performance.

Employment and Working conditions:

  • Location: Prague, Czech Republic.
  • Salary from 43,000 PHP net.
  • 4 weeks of paid vacation annually.
  • Paid health insurance.
  • Accommodation for free.
  • Meals provided during working hours
  • Employment contract for 2 years with possibility to extend.
  • 6 working days per a week 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as waitress in 4-5 stars hotels
  • Certificates of employment or evidence of the job. 
  • Good English
